Writing about life, movement, and finding my own way
I’m a tennis coach.
I write about movement, the body, and everyday life.
I write to share my reflections and to discover life as I go.
My Tennis Journey
My tennis journey began when I was just three years old. My father, a tennis coach, took me to the court and introduced me to the sport. However, I truly started playing at the age of five, and from that moment on, tennis became a lifelong passion.
Everything I know, I owe to my dad—his dedication and effort shaped me into the player and coach I am today.
I also had the privilege of being coached by Alfi Chrobok, a former Polish vice-champion. After finishing his competitive career, he spent many years in Germany teaching tennis. His expertise and guidance played a significant role in my development, both as a player and as a coach.
Inspirations
My tennis idol has always been Roger Federer. In women’s tennis, it is Iga Świątek, whom I had the privilege of meeting and even competing against in a tournament as a teenager.
Both are exceptional players, but what makes them truly inspiring is their mindset, sportsmanship, and warm personalities.
Coaching Philosophy
Becoming a tennis coach felt like my destiny. My goal is to introduce this sport to as many people as possible and help them experience the joy of being on the court, the positive energy it brings, and the life lessons it teaches.
Tennis is more than just a game—it can be a form of therapy, a source of motivation, and a way to connect with others. Sharing the knowledge and skills I’ve gained over the years is far more rewarding than keeping them to myself.
Passion and Purpose
I have a wide range of interests and enjoy exploring many things, but there was never a Plan B—tennis has always been my true path, my passion, and my purpose.
Approach to Training
I believe tennis is a game of the mind, but strong technique and solid fundamentals are essential. Mentality and technique complement each other and together create a well-rounded player.
Since every individual is different, I take a personalized approach—observing their mindset, understanding their unique needs, and adapting my coaching accordingly.
Whether it’s refining technique or building mental resilience, I focus on what works best for each player, helping them develop their own style and confidence on the court.
